Status Update #14: February 2026

1st March 2026. I'm running a bit late with a February writing update - or any other blog post for that matter! The month passed as a bit of a whirlwind. Work is flat out, and will be until July. I'm still writing, but I'd be lying if I said my daily word count hadn't been impacted. I'm hoping for a better March. Having said that, USV#4: Odin's Hall is wrapped and with the editor, leaving me to work on a couple of USV short stories as well as continue on USV#5: Markland Aflame. I'm also working on text specifically for my USV Patreon. So what words did I get done in February? I don't have a complete count. It's been that chaotic, but I'll list below what I do have. 3,500 words for Patreon 11,000 words of revisions of USV text for chapters moved from the USV#4 manuscript to USV#5.

5,000 words on USV#5 Revision of 11,000 word USV short story (still in progress) This weekend, I took today off (aside from doing this blog post), but I'll be back to things tomorrow. That's it from me for now.
